One of our most impactful projects is our supported placements at Pause Cat Cafe for those with disabilities and differences. People can come and learn cat care or hospitality skills and benefit from boosting their confidence and social skills. Your donation will radically change someone’s life, increasing their happiness and their self-esteem as well as improving employability prospects…this is real life-changing work.

When Naomi started training at Pause Cat Cafe she was very shy and not very confident in her abilities. Over time, with patient guidance, she has become independent at working and does not let her learning disability hold her back from being excellent at her work. She gets a lot of enjoyment and self-esteem from helping in the cafe and finds the cats calming for her anxiety.

Other Pause Charity projects include running educational workshops about animal welfare and sustainability, for children, adults, and smaller groups for those with special educational needs. We have some very exciting projects to run, but are in need of funding to make the magic happen. Can you help?
